Got a league thats too small?
Having trouble recruiting quality, progressive players?
Afraid of being swamped by powerful Empires and glassed by bombers in this new, troublesome galaxy?

You and your league may be elligable to become a state of the UNSC Galactic Empire. The leaders of our proud Empire, amoung them being Humanwarrior and Phaeton wish to unite all of these troubled and lonely leagues into one, cohesive Empire.

Joining us is simple, reasonable and in the end the wisest decision for your league.

To become a state league of the Galactic Empire all you must do is the following:

A) Accept the laws, customs and ideals of the Empire. These consist of the following:
--1)That all leagues are created equal, and that no member, branch or group of the Galactic Empire may show preferance to any one league. Neither shall dislike be distributed to any branch, state or member of the Empire by any individual, regardless of command position.
--2) In the case of war all leagues/members must be ready to respond to the call of duty at all times and will do so with loyalty and compliance to orders.
--3) That the ideals of the UNSC be upheld within all states of the Empire, these consist of loyalty, respect and the pursuit of happiness.

B)All leagues wishing to become states of the Empire must disband and rename their league in the following format. (example): UNSC Empire [name of former league]. This is to uniform our Empire and assure that all foriegn leagues realize to which Empire they are members of.

C)The joining state must accept the following member transfers:
--1) 3 members of the joining league with a population of 1500+ must join one of the founder leagues(UNSC Galactic Empire/UNSC Empire [1776])for Officer training.
--2) The joining league must accept a UNSC CMA(Centralized Military Authority) Captain, this Officer will work alongside the Admiral (former league leader) on every aspect of maintaining the state of the Empire, assisting in combat ingagments and a host of other areas.
--3) The joining league must be assigned a designated "Messenger". This Officer must be active on the forum and familiar with the league mass IGM system, he will be contacted with each Imperial address on everything concerning the Empire. He will essentially pass along these messages to the states of the Galactic Empire.

D)The joining state must deactivate it's current forum and join the U.N.S.C. Central Forums. This is to centralize and monitor all lines of communication as well integrate the joining league into the Empire.

SO WHY JOIN THE GALACTIC EMPIRE???
What we offer is entrance into a unified and powerfull Imperial regiment. Your league will recieve, and provide, military support for the Empire. This is a joint effort, if you stay loyal to the UNSC Empire, assist us in our military endeavors and integrate into our society of co-operative, law abiding citizen soldiers then in return you will recieve respect, financial and military support and a unified government.

THEN WHAT HAPPENS TO OUR LEADER(S)???
Simple question, simple answer. We will always be in need of active, intelligent and wise leaders whether this be of an Empire, a league or an individual. Your former leader will become one of 3 items.
--1)Admiral of the State(For joining leagues of 30+ members).
--2)Regional Fleet Commander(For joining leagues of 25+ members).
--3)Regional Fleet Captain(For joining leagues of 15+ members)
Your former leader will recieve the power to manage his state, he may recommend members in need of a promotion, he will also administrate Officer positions, like Senator, Logistics Officer and etc.

BUT WILL WE HAVE ANY VOICE IN WHAT HAPPENS???
Of course, one Senator will be designated for each state, this individual will stay active on the forum and make regular votes on the happenings of the Empire. He will associate with the Regional Officer(former leader) on the decision of the vote. He will represent his state and its opinions.
However please be aware of the fact that the Joint Staff of the Galactic Empire may veto any congressional vote although this is something we will rarely, if ever do.

WHAT IF WERE JUST AVERAGE PLAYERS WISHING TO JOIN A LEAGUE???
You may of course join one of our member leagues, most often you will be directed to join either a Founder League or an Imperial state within range of you with sufficient space.

WHAT IF OUR LEAGUE IS UNDER 10 MEMBERS???
Then you are considered too small to be made a members state. You and your members may(depending on size and availability) all join a member state. If however not enough spaces are available in any one league you may be required to split up.
